chigong

I watched a video about chigong. Some Chinese believe chigong can heal any disease. You would have to know which specific exercises heal what ailment though. There is no device that can measure chi but people can feel it. They did an experiment of putting a sensitive microphone to the palm of chigong masters who emit chi from their palms. They found chigong masters palm emit a sound that normal people's palm do not. I took a vow that may never be fulfilled to master all practices that I read in the commentary to the Infinite Life Sutra. I want to learn chigong. The yoga sutras talk about meditation on the life force as well. It says you will gain insights about reality if you meditate on it. I feel chi sometimes but have a long way to go.
